Both lovable and frustrating
The staff was friendly the continental breakfast was enjoyable.
The lack of cleanliness was concerning with hair in the shower and stains on the sheets.

Room clean. It's a central location near the University of Auburn, shopping and downtown.
Very limited seating for breakfast and at 0730 had to wait until staff prepared more breakfast.

Quiet
It was not clean. The bathroom could have been better; there where items left in the room from previous customer. Breakfast was never fully stocked and juice was out or broken. Not a very pleasant stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed how cute the staff were, consistently offering assistance with a genuine smile. The hotel's location was also convenient, being just moments away from key areas.
More seating in the common areas would be great.

. I had mold on my pillow cases (not just one). We check in around 7:30 at night got back to the hotel around 10. We ended up just checking out right then. The staff did not even care nor asked why we were checking out. I will not stay at another one.

Excellent staff, little hotel, cheap room. A lot of goodies for breakfast. Comfy and easy location of the venue, so close to downtown. Also, close to restaurants. Very enjoyable overall experience...

The hotel is pet friendly so no one complained about my daughter's service dog.
The beds were uncomfortable, the other guests were slamming doors all night, the entrance/exit is at a busy intersection and very hard to get in and out of, and the toilet rocked back and forth when in use.

This place was a solid choice for a short trip to Auburn, offering great value for the price. The room was clean, but the shower rod was falling off the wall, which wasn't ideal. Make sure to check that everything in your room is functional before settling in.

It's reasonably priced place for short stay!!!
The place is fairly clean, the room is well furnished, the staff is accommodating and courteous. Its location is favourable & comfortable, near to stores as well as the Waffle House.
